Here, CBD is planning its largest community ever.
CBD is in a joint venture with the owners
of a 550 acre property located off of Pleasant Avenue, fronting Lake Tohopekaliga in Kissimmee,
Osceola County, Florida. The property will be developed into a mixed use community of single
family homes, town homes, condominiums, and apartments. There will also be a downtown with over 150,000
feet of retail shopping and office space. At least one public school is planned for the property along with
seven park and ample areas for active and passive recreation. Currently CBD is working on its zoning and has
made an application with Osceola County for a Development of County Impact (DCI.) Zoning should be in place
by the winter of 2008-2009, and we hope that the property could be sold to an ultimate end user by the spring of 2009.
CBD is fielding calls from several National Builders, and at least one real estate hedge fund about purchasing the

The property is under Agreement of Sale to Orleans
Homebuilders and closing of the project is anticipated
to occur after approvals are obtained in late 2008 to early 2009.
The site will be developed for no fewer than 40 single family estate lots
or most likely a large multifamily development of at least 210 home sites.

BLUFF HOMES IV, V, VI
CBD is planning a multi parcel development of over 600 acres known as Liberty Bluff.
Liberty Bluff is broken down into five sections of single family homes, collectively totaling over
900 home sites. The properties are all located off of Hinson Road, Robinson Road, Roe Road, 30th
Street and Bradford Road in Haines City, Polk County Florida. The first section is fully approved
for 210 home sites, section three is fully approved for
160 home sites, and section four is proposed for 330 home sites. All sections will have exclusivity,

CBD Real Estate Investment has recently entered
into an Agreement of Sale to purchase two separate parcels
of land which collectively make up 63 acres located in Polk
City, Polk County, Florida. Collectively these two sites
will be the future development of 248 single family housing
units at the development to be known as "Preserve
at Auburndale".
